If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily exchange the unwashed / unworn item for the same item at no cost.
In the event that an item you requested for an exchange is backordered, we will notify you of the possible delay via email. Also, if the item requested for an exchange has been discontinued and we are not able to fulfill your request, you will be notified via email.
International customers are responsible for paying the shipping and handling of their return order. We are unable to start the exchange process without a tracking number and are not responsible for lost packages.
All refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. If you do not do so in the stated time frame, your request will be rejected.
